Russia has designated more than 150 news outlets, NGOs and charities as foreign agents.
Authorities say the law is no different from rules in other countries, aimed at organisations that get support from abroad. But critics say the law is being used to silence Russian independent media that refuse to tow the Kremlin's line.

You like carrots or not you will like this carrot cake. It's soft and moist, you don't really taste carrot in it. The orange flavour goes very well with it, This is my own recipe and this is how I like my carrot cake. but if you want to use vanilla, cinnamon, or almond you certainly can. I got lost in growing up and changing and dealing with young adult things… but that’s part of my journey. This is just one month of re-learning what a healthy, confident, balanced life means to me again. This is personal to me. I love my body, so I want to remind you guys that you always deserve to feel your best. And that can encompass anything and everything from self-care, nutrition, food freedom, movement, therapy, better sleep, focusing on yourself, deleting TikTok, buying new pants, gratitude lists, etc. I love you guys. Be kind to yourself, your mind and your body. Do it for you 💗

Recipes:
Chocolate Protein mug cake

Pad thai: (2 servings)
Sauce:
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tbsp sweetener
• 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 0.5 tbsp soy sauce

• 200g tofu
• 100g rice noodles
• 1 clove
• 1/2 onion
• veggies of choice
• egg

Honey garlic tofu:
• hard air fried tofu
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1/2 tsp corn starch and water mixture
• garlic

1. Air fry tofu
2. Pan fry all sauce ingredients
3. Add tofu
4. Eat with veggies and rice

Pb cup Protein Overnight oats (By @minimin.eats)
• 40g rolled oats + water
• 15g protein powder
• 1 tsp powdered pb
• 50g Greek Yogurt

Swirl top:
[5g cocoa powder
+ water] + [Powdered pb]

Put in fridge over night or for over 4 hours and EAT!

1/2 cup oats
1/2-1 banana
1 scoop protein
egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
almond milk/ water to thin
toppings: berries + banana + maple syrup + CRUNCHY PB


Nourish bowl w/ Tahini dressing
Air fried broccoli + air fried broccoli +
Roasted sweet potato + avocado + chickpea + quinoa

Lemon Tahini Dressing:
1 tbsp Tahini + 1 tbsp honey
+ 1 tsp lemon juice + water if needed

Air Fried chickpeas:
1 can of chickpeas + 1 tbsp oil + garlic powder + onion powder + paprika + cumin + chill powder + salt + pepper
air fry for 15 mins at 400°F

Berry overnight oats:
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seed
Too many raspberries
Put in fridge over night or for over 4 hours and eat

Young people are quickly becoming the revolutionaries of today. How can you get involved? Hannah Testa highlights her story as a youth activist and provides steps and advice on speaking out. Hannah Testa is a 17-year-old honors student from Cumming, GA, but she is not an ordinary teen. While she loves her family, friends, and art, she is passionate about issues that affect our planet and she has been using her influence from a young age to educate others, as she believes that “knowledge is power”. Abstract:
Many Non-Profit organizations around the globe aim to influence social change and improve communities. A method these activists can use to help educate others about their message, mobilize their communities and cause social change is digital activism.

Digital Activism uses digital communication tools to achieve goals of social change. Successful social change campaigns often incorporate creativity and interactivity with a meaningful message for the community.

Let's explore successful strategies for digital activists:
1. Have goals and assess outcomes. Organizations must develop a strategy to achieve their goals, conduct research and assess the outcomes of the campaign efforts to succeed in their digital activism campaign.

2. Provide incentives to bring supporters in & give them a reason to stay. Consider the user's experience and play with digital tools & social media to make communication personal and meaningful.

3. Reinforce traditional means of activism.

4. Mobilize & inspire your followers. Communicating the organization's message and inspiring your followers to mobilize behind that message is by far the most important element of a digital activism campaign.

Clearly, digital activists face many challenges including, but not limited to: Internet user passivity, authenticity, online security, and information overload. These are all very real hurdles activists face, but they are not impossible to overcome.

Understand that your successful digital activism campaign will be comprised of personal sacrifice, great discomfort & wonderful learning opportunities. You will also need brilliant creative thinking to light the fire of social change.
