I have silky button ups in black and white and I’d love to wear them as a jacket for my big girl summer internship!

I’m starting an internship in July for my masters degree and they’re “business casual” according to them but in my opinion their descriptions are more business professional. Like trousers and skirts (knee/ish length at least), no jeans except Friday’s and then no rips, no shorts, no graphic tees, no even just plain tees, no tank tops, it’s gotta be like a blouse situation or a collared shirt or whatever. No sneakers or other athletic type shoes, no flip flops, short heels and flats are ok. Like damn ok I guess I need a whole new wardrobe

I work at a theme park in Los Angeles and just got promoted, so i won’t need to wear the uniforms this summer that are a bit more casual than a corporate or professional indoor setting. but I don’t know how to dress for the 95 degree + scorching hot weather 😭

My office is very casual compared to these looks. I find it difficult to find cute casual pieces that are still modest for work! It seems like clothes are either “business casual” or spaghetti straps, open back, crop tops lol
